SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping
Free shipping in the Continental United States on all orders over $299. Additional orders placed prior to original order will be combined. On orders with large dimensions or weight, shipping charges may apply regardless of the free shipping policy.
All other orders will utilize a flat rate of $9.99.
Pre-Sell Items
All pre-sell items are shipped within 5 business day from the product’s release date. Due to the unreliability of scheduled release dates, in addition to supplier and carrier issues, we cannot guarantee a specific ship day or delivery date. You will receive your product within 10 business days of product release, or you may request a refund. Please contact us via email for any questions regarding pre-order shipments.
Shipping Services
Our standard shipping is via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Both forms of shipping utilize tracking and delivery confirmation. This protects you and RJ Duke Sports, LLC. If you desire special handling or expedited service, please contact us and we will arrange custom shipping options.
All merchandise will be shipped only to the individual making the purchase at the address listed on the credit card. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
Where we Ship?
Our standard shipping includes shipment to the Continental United States. Outside of the United States please contact us and we can arrange additional shipping options. Additional charges will apply.
Damage or Loss
RJ Duke Sports, LLC is not responsible for damages to the product or loss of the product by the carrier. If merchandise is damaged in shipment or is lost in shipment, you (the purchaser) must contact the shipper. If you wish to purchase insurance on your shipment, please contact us via email prior to shipment notification and we will provide you a shipping insurance quote.
We take care in preparing/packaging all shipments. Our goal is to ship your order within two business days of the date you make your purchase, however due to unexpected delays by shipping carriers and delays by our product distribution network, we cannot guarantee any specific time frame for delivery. Any delay in getting your products to the shipping carriers will be communicated as soon as we are notified.
